I20 xDrive40 Sport Wagon 5dr Reduction Gear 1sp AWD 645kg 240kW (May) Aimed directly at the Mercedes-Benz EQC and Audi e-tron, BMW's iX large-class SUV is the company's initial foray into upper-level electric vehicles. Around the same size as a BMW X5 and available in two basic model grades - xDrive40 and xDrive50 - the iX presents passengers with a radical, curved, 19-inch instrument cluster incorporating a 12.3-inch touch screen. Both iX models use a twin-motor all-wheel drive system. The 240kW/630Nm xDrive 40's claimed range is 425km, while the 385kW/765Nm xDrive50 has a range of 630km and sprints to 100km/h in 4.6sec. Charging time on a fast charger is claimed at around half an hour - the more powerful version being the quicker.
